We offer industrial thermocouples and RTD solutions for measuring process temperatures of up to 2,315°C. Our products come with a wide variety of sheath materials and termination styles, making them suitable for most harsh or EX-rated environments and installations. We also provide Thermoscale film for measuring temperature distribution, wireless and portable solutions for data logging, and temperature mapping systems from Tekscan.
To seal your temperature probes, power, or instrumentation wires into your process line or chamber, even in vacuum conditions up to 80,000 psi, we supply compression seal fittings and feed-throughs.

Feedthroughs / Sealing Glands
Conax Technologies’ range of compression sealing glands and feedthroughs is designed to reliably seal probes or power/instrumentation wires that pass through a pressure or environmental boundary. A choice of seal and body materials is available to cover a wide range of pressure, temperature and medium type. Glands are available for single or multiple elements, and one or more insulators may be included when electrical isolation is required.

Thermocouples
Thermocouples operate on the principle that when wires of two different materials are joined at each end and exposed to different temperatures, a voltage is produced proportional to the temperature difference, known as the thermoelectric effect. Different material combinations, identified by ISA letters like T, J, E, and K, are used for optimal output across temperature ranges. Techni Measure offers industrial thermocouples from Conax Technologies, featuring various sensor elements, sheath materials, probe constructions, mounting styles and thermocouple wire.

RTD’s
RTD’s are based on the electrical resistance change within a material that is proportional to temperature. The resistance increases with increasing temperature, and the most common material is Platinum. Various sheath materials, probe constructions, and lead wire output options are available. Please ask for advice or details on the range available.
Thermoscale
Thermoscale is a heat-sensitive measurement film that provides a visual map of heat distribution across contact surfaces. It changes colour based on both the temperature reached and the duration of contact, allowing you to instantly identify thermal inconsistencies, heat loss or uneven heating in industrial processes.

Temperature Mapping
The I-Scan system features a new thin-film temperature mapping sensor that enables you to capture detailed temperature distribution across a surface or even between two surfaces where thermal cameras can’t reach. This adaptable sensor can be used independently or, depending on your chosen package, paired with a Tekscan pressure mapping sensor. This combination allows you to collect both thermal and pressure data, providing deeper insights into product performance and process optimisation.
