UltraGauge+ Ultrasonic Measurement Solutions
UltraGauge+™ provides accurate, real-time wall thickness, layer thickness, and concentricity measurements for cylindrical products, including medical tubing, hose, pipe, or insulated wire and cable. The UltraGauge+ integrates with LaserLinc’s Total Vu™ HMI platform for enhanced process visualisation, data aggregation, and efficient production management, supporting Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Laser Triangulation
QuellTech develops and manufactures 3D image processing systems for various industrial applications. Our focus is on inline applications using 3D laser line triangulation. QuellTech laser scanners utilise the triangulation principle to detect the two-dimensional profile of surfaces.
BenchLincUT
The BenchLinc UT system uses LaserLinc’s UltraGauge+™ ultrasonic wall thickness measurement technology to inspect cut lengths of tubing. It provides accurate, continuous non-contact measurements over the full length of the sample, unlike other measurement methods, which are limited to inspecting the ends of the tubing.
BenchLinc OD/ID/WALL
LaserLinc’s non-contact measurement equipment is perfect for off-line sample inspection and dynamic measurement applications. The BenchLinc™ system evaluates wall thickness, inner, and outer diameter for tube products.
Standardising performance is crucial. The BenchLinc ID/OD/Wall system features an integrated smart controller for measurement and inspection, along with a load cell to ensure consistent pressure on samples, minimising operator influence for more accurate results.
