Strain Gauge: Introduction to Strain Gauging

Our strain gauging course follows a general layout, however, the agenda isn’t something that is set in stone and can be customised to suit individual preference. Typically, the layout includes the following topics: Basic Theory, Strain Gauges, Strain Gauge Applications, the Wheatstone Bridge, Data Acquisition and Analysis, Problem-Solving, and a Practical Session.

Fujifilm Prescale Pressure Measurement Film

Techni Measure is proud to offer our clients the Fujifilm Prescale Pressure Measurement Film, the world’s only film capable of accurately measuring pressure. This groundbreaking product enables users to effortlessly confirm and visualise pressure and pressure distribution, addressing challenges that were once difficult to overcome.

We offer a comprehensive training course designed to equip you with the knowledge necessary to effectively perform pressure analysis. The course covers the following topics: an overview of Prescale film, its functionality, effective usage, storage conditions, various applications, and a Q&A at the end.

Tekscan I-Scan System

Pressure mapping is a specialised testing and measurement technology that serves as a valuable research and development tool. It features over 200 standard sensors available in various shapes, sizes, resolutions, and pressure ranges, with custom sensors also offered. Techni Measure provides training courses to demonstrate how to effectively and accurately measure pressure between two surfaces using a thin and flexible sensor.
