We can install & configure measurement sensors & instrumentation systems in our laboratory, at your site or in the field. Many different types of sensors can be installed, including but not limited to strain gauges, load/force or torque sensors, displacement or 2D/3D laser profile sensors, accelerometers, orientation sensors and inclinometers. We can set up and configure standard data acquisition, fibre optic or wireless instrumentation systems.

Our engineers will liaise closely with you to determine your instrumentation and data requirements. We will install relevant transducers onto your test article, configure signal conditioning, data acquisition and operate the whole system to collect data during your testing. We can also offer the ability to remotely access live data during testing.

Using our in-house AS9100 accredited design and assembly facilities, as well as leading industry partners, QUAD I can offer a fully project-managed solution for the development of sensors and measurement systems to suit bespoke applications. Use of collaborative design and rapid prototyping allows us to create custom integration of sensors as well as configuration of systems and accessories.
