Dynamic and Static Data Loggers from TML

Strainmeters, connected to strain gauges and strain-gauge type transducers, measure small changes in resistance proportional to applied strain. Wireless Systems
Techni Measure offers a variety of wireless sensing and data acquisition systems ideal for scenarios where wiring is impractical. MicroStrain by HBK offers a robust and scalable wireless sensor network. Options also include nodes for thermocouple inputs, piezoelectric accelerometer inputs and DVRT inputs.
Strain Gauge Amplifier
The AMP-UM10KB is an ultra-miniature strain gauge amplifier designed for industrial strain measurements in tough environments. It offers complete strain gauge conditioning with stable 5-V bridge excitation and precision amplification, allowing for high-level output transmission with reduced noise. With a fixed gain of 1000, it supports full-bridge gauges, with options for half-bridge or quarter-bridge gauges available upon request.
4102C Signal Conditioner
Signal conditioning for IEPE or charge mode piezoelectric accelerometers, force or pressure transducers with built-in, attached, or in-line amplifiers, battery or line power options, with or without gain, in single and multi-channel configurations, are available.
Transducer mounting accessories and cable assemblies, including low-noise cables for charge mode sensors, can also be supplied, and UK stock is held of the most common accessories for fast delivery.

Bridge Completion Circuits
The bridge completion module is designed to complete a Wheatstone bridge for strain gauge circuits. It is multifunctional in its use. By connecting gauges to different terminals, the circuit will be able to complete either a quarter-bridge for 2 or 3 wire gauges or a half-bridge for 2 wire gauges.
The resistance of the bridge completion module would be pre-determined by the user at the point of purchase.
It comes with three connector options: an OEM with solder holes for full design integration, a Screw Terminal to 3.5mm pitch pin connector compatible with the V-link 200, and a Screw Terminal to Screw Terminal design for seamless integration into other DAQ systems.
