Thanks to its technical details and compact design, the CV-05 is irreplaceable for in-situ testing of human vibration measuring devices in accordance with ISO 8041. As a hand-held vibration calibrator, it is the perfect instrument for testing measuring chains on industrial plants, for example.

Features such as the large sensor coupling surface, the internal triaxial reference sensor and the robust housing characterise this hand-held calibrator, as do the user-friendly handling and the visual warning if the transverse vibrations are too high.

Each CV-05 is calibrated at SPEKTRA before delivery and receives an internationally recognised DAkkS calibration certificate.

For in-situ testing of your sensors

‘Clever testing’ – realised in a portable, high-quality measuring device for a wide range of applications. Users can select amplitudes between 1 m/s² and 10 m/s² depending on the selected frequency (80 Hz / 160 Hz). Independent of an on-site power source, the power supply is ensured by an integrated rechargeable battery. Thanks to its compact dimensions and low weight, it can be used for up to 12 hours on the move. Simple operation via three buttons and the OLED display, as well as charging via a USB cable, emphasises the established user-friendliness of SPEKTRA products.

Functional testing of various measuring devices

The balanced ratio between the housing, which serves as a reaction mass, and the mass of the test specimen allows sensors weighing up to 300 g to be tested reliably. An M5 thread allows sensors to be mounted quickly and easily on the coupling surface. The standard adapters that are included in the delivery can be used for a wide range of different test specimens and for efficient testing. We also offer a number of other threaded and adhesive adapters as an option.
