DynaLabs

Dynalabs, founded in 2013, specialises in the design and production of dynamic testing and measurement equipment. Techni Measure offers DynaLabs high-quality and cost-effective shaker systems. Including permanent magnet shakers, modal shakers, and inertial shakers. Designed for precision and performance, these compact and cost-effective solutions provide exceptional reliability for various testing applications.

Permanent Magnet Shakers
Dynalabs permanent magnet shakers are compact, lightweight and powerful general-purpose shakers that can be used for modal and vibration testing. Despite their small size, they have a high DUT capacity. The DYN-PM-20 and PM-100 have an integrated amplifier and sine wave generator with a frequency range of 1 Hz to 12,000 Hz.
Applications
- Vibration testing of micro parts, assemblies and electronics
- Sensor calibration
- Modal testing
- Shock testing
- Fatigue and resonance testing
- Velocity transducer or high-speed actuator
- Mechanical impedance measurement
- Education and research
Advantages
- Lightweight, durable, portable and easy to use
- Adjustable trunnion base provides a high degree of flexibility
- Broad frequency range
- Embedded power amplifier and signal generator for PM- 20 and PM-100
- PM-101 requires an external amplifier to operate

Modal Shakers
Modal shakers are used to study the vibration behaviour of structures. No specimen is mounted on these shakers, they’re attached to the structure from the shaker via the stinger. Dynalabs modal shakers are lightweight and powerful modal shakers capable of up to 12,000 Hz and force levels up to 440n with a maximum stroke of 25mm.
Applications
- Components, Machinery, Vehicles testing
- Modal analysis of structures
- Aircraft and constructions
- Aerospace testing
- Automotive testing
- Research and development
Advantages
- Modal stinger can be easily adjusted by the through-hole armature
- Lightweight, durable, portable and easy to use
- Adjustable trunnion base provides high flexibility
- Up to 25mm stroke and broad frequency range

Inertial Shakers
Inertial and modal shakers have similar areas of application, however, inertial shakers have different styles of connection. The body of the inertial shaker itself vibrates; for this reason, the internal shakers are fixed directly to the structure. Compared to modal shakers, it is easier to use.
Applications
- Civil engineering
- Automotive testing
- Aerospace testing
- Shipbuilding
- Education and research
Advantages
- Compact and lightweight design
- Superior low-frequency performance
- Any angle mounting
- Fast setup time
- Low-friction bearing guided
